1. General terms of cooperation

Standard periods of order execution average from 7 days (in 18 years period) up to 21 working days (in fall autumn period). A resignation from ordered good is accepted in a written form not later than one day after confirmation by our company a realization. Prices are established with customers individually depending on frequency of ordering, amount of orders, payment periods, a way of goods delivery. Accepted price list is valid until further notice.
Customers are informed in a written form about prices change in 20 days advance.
Price lists and cooperation conditions are updated annually.

Our company maintains minimal storage state and orders are usually executed without delays.
In case of contract orders or when a partner expects fast delivery we propose requesting before autumn period.
Estimated order of regular customers should include the title of article and its quantity and monthly request for such item.
The requests are not binding and can improve our cooperation. Estimated requests can help to avoid misunderstandings in delivery periods, shortages in delivery etc. In fall autumn period in case of lack of estimations, orders are executed regarding a queue. The term of execution is not later than 21 working days.
